Everyone is talking about social media and looking at how to leverage this new way of communication to accomplish their business goals.  As social media becomes more of a business tool, there must be a way to measure the return on investment.  How do you measure the success of your social media efforts?  Is it comments?  Feed subscribers? In all our efforts, both offline and online and whether we use social media or not, we should have metrics in place.  Its especially important with social media because it is relatively new in its role as a business tool and is in the ‘prove it stage‘.
